Information We Collect
Timecode Window is designed to operate without collecting personal information from you. The app does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, phone number, or other personal details in order to use its core features.
Bluetooth
Timecode Window uses Bluetooth on your iPhone to discover and communicate with compatible timecode devices. Bluetooth access is used only to provide the app’s timecode connection and synchronization features.
Timecode Window does not use Bluetooth to track your location or build a profile about you.
Timecode & Device Information
The app reads timecode and related synchronization information from the timecode source you select. This information is used to display, maintain, and copy the current timecode value.
Timecode data is processed for the app’s functionality and is not sold or used for advertising.
Quick Copy & Clipboard
When you use Quick Copy, the current timecode value is placed on your iPhone clipboard so you can paste it into another app, such as Notes, Messages, a production log, or a report.
Timecode Window does not use the clipboard to collect unrelated content from other apps.
Picture in Picture
Picture in Picture is used to keep the live timecode display visible while you work in other apps. Timecode Window does not read or collect the contents of those other apps.
Analytics, Tracking & Advertising
Timecode Window does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not track you across apps or websites, build advertising profiles, or sell personal information.
Apple may provide developers with aggregated or diagnostic information through its standard App Store and operating-system services, subject to Apple’s privacy practices and your device settings.
Third-Party Services
Timecode Window communicates with compatible external timecode hardware as part of its core functionality. Those devices and their manufacturers may have their own privacy practices that are separate from Timecode Window.
Children’s Privacy
Timecode Window is a professional production utility and is not directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data Security
Because Timecode Window is designed to minimize data collection, there is very little personal information for the app to retain. We nevertheless take reasonable steps to protect the app and its supporting services.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Timecode Window evolves. If we make material changes, the updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
